2015 - 2016 — Carbon is an additive manufacturing startup with a breakthrough approach to producing parts with the geometric fidelity and mechanical properties needed for end-use. It is backed by Google Ventures and Sequoia Capital, having raised over one-hundred million dollars. It already patterned with BMW, Ford and Johnson & Johnson. I lead design at Carbon, focusing on creating a seamless experience between software, product, and brand.

Software — The software is used to prepare a part for print and provides real-time status and activity of the printer.  I am responsible for user research, ux and visual design.

Product — I design our resin packaging, user guide and consult on the ID of the printer.

Brand — I lead the redesign of our brand and helped launch our first product—the M1 printer.  Additionally, I designed our website, marketing collateral, sales presentations, event creative, and art directed new photo/video assets.
